The .pdf titled "2017 WID Station Planning App Instructions" has actually been updated for 2018.  It was renamed during the transition until links to the instructions from within the edit apps have been updated. The more generically named "WID Station Planning App Instructions" will be linked to going forward so that it can be updated annually without needing to update all the links that reference it.
